Nah, I find FFVII heavily overrated. The only reason why it was so popular was because it was the first RPG to hit the Playstation, 3D-style. And it had Sephiroth for all the lame [female?] gamers who get off on "hot" homicidal men.

Soul Calibur 2 (GC)

Tales of Symphonia (GC)

Really short list but those games are good

nyeeh, I think most people are. Cause, ya know, white hair is the hair color of old people's, and that's why we all love'em! Or one could argue that it's [i]silver[/i], but "frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

Tales of Symphonia, heard that it's good. Got nominated in the game awards on G4

I think it's because white hair is also representative of albinos, and that's something rare and, in its rarity, "mysterious."

We all know that people are suckers for intrigue. Razz

It makes the RPG world go 'round.

Tales of Symphonia is made of win and [s]God[/s] Martel. If I'm not mistaken, it's been released Player's choice (Though I sadly payed the whole 50$ when it first came out). And I've played it through several times, good investment. And for 20$, what have you got to lose? ;0

American McGee's Alice is a great game! Sorry for the random post but it's true! I also love Tales of Symphonia! I totally recommend that one as well. Isn't there a Tales of Phantasia that's coming out soon as well? That looks good too! Still, in regards to your list, I would that the best game I've played recently would The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge! That was really unique!

Think Castlevania. The whip thing is awesome, but it kinda starts off slow. Once you get going, the fighting and combo thing is cool. The story is good as well. There's secret missions and figures to collect. A good game overall. Still, the Nightmare Rank is hard, and that is the one I recommend! OWNED.

Need to be specific. That would be similar to saying "PLAY FINAL FANTASY!"

Hmm...never played Castlevania, so I wouldn't know what you're talking about. Would it kinda be like the gameplay of Legend of Zelda, except you have a whip instead of a sword?

I guess you could look at it like that, but the only real similarity they have is the fact that the fightiing is real time. Neutral

Also, the Castlevania games are typically sidescrollers (except for the PS2 games). :x

hmmm good games if you have a ds why not mario kart ds it's fun <_< especialy wifi ultra fun Laughing

if not then why not try playing a good old gba (or gba sp) a good game for that would be golden sun or maybe mario and luigi superstar saga or if you have a game cube why not baten kaitos it's a fun rpg thats very long.

Oooo. Baten Kaitos! I was thinking about getting that one when it came out, but then I didn't. I don't like asking my parents to pay lots of money for things. Makes me feel bad. So, it's down to, what, $20, and that's not too bad.

Hmm, I need a good GBA SP game. All I have are Mario NES, KH:CoM, and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (Sucks!!!)

You REALLY want to think about this. The game is great-if you put the time into learning the extremely tedious battle system and get over how the cutscenes are really dissapointing despite the AWESOME (seriously) opening. And if you can stand alot of walking (no run button, just a slightly faster walk. yaaay). Though the character art > Your Mom.

As for GBA games, I'd reccomend Sword of Mana (*Seiken Densetsu whore*) if you can look past the fact that these characters basically have no personalities (except for Lil' Cactus), it's an extremely fun Action RPG.

Aww really? I am usually turned off when the graphics aren't good, when characters are flat or too extreme, and when controls get complicated. Sad

i like baten kaitos the intro is AWSOME it's full fmv and the story is quite interesting it's a long game i got it for christmas and still havn't finished it the only bad things about the game are
1. the terable voice acting
2. the confusing battles
3. ummm well the voice acting again 0-o it seriously is hilariouse how bad it is

but then again no games perfect but i would sugest you do try out baten kaitos and every game has something wrong with it but it's fun and thats the main thing though at the start it is confusing... i'm gonna stop now befor i repeat myself for a 3rd time Razz
