The first few Dark Aeons were pretty easy, Valefor, Ixion, Ifrit and Shiva, but the rest of them were either really Strong or had a rock hard Defence or both ;_;

I only managed to beat Valefor. Used Anima's Oblivion (and with 255 strength ^_^ ) then all I needed was an Attack Reel from Wakka and a Blitz Ace from Tidus to finish it.

I beat Valefor back when I was depending on the Aeons to beat and the Dark Aeons [yeah right], I used a Grand Summon with Anima and Valefor fell after the second

For Ifirt, I attack with Yuna and Tidus [Nirvana negates the enemy defence if Yuna's Mp is High] and used Aeons to block his Hellfire attack, he only got to use it once Smile

Ixion is easier than Ifirt. If Tidus had full health he could take all of Ixions attacks and then use Auto - Pheonix on the others

I can't remember what I did for Shiva, she was the toughest though

Omega Weapon is not easy if you have the following

-Quetzcoatles "card refine"
-refine the "Bahamut" card for 99 megaelixers (Full HP + MP restore)
-refine 2 "Gilgamesh" cards for a total of 20 Holy wars (temporary invincibility)
-Draw a LOT of aura spells from Seifer (allow you to use limit breaks even when your health is full)
-Squall's Lionheart
-Junction "Full-life" to everyone's health
-if you are at a level that is a multiple of 5, then junction "death" to your defense to prevent Level 5 Death from having any effect.

I hate that Neslug in the monster arena
My Ultima (from Yuna) only deals 20000 damage but since I have a bunch of Three Stars it's worth it. I always use the Magus Sisters against those enemies.
Ultima Weapon and Omega Weapon were easy for me. Just summon Anima and........kill them 99999 each hit!

I did! It's on page 47 of "What game are you playing now". Besides, if you can't beat him, look on Gamefaqs.com or another site like that... Maybe you just have to level up... Take a look at what I said. It's pretty basic, though......

One thing in FFX there is no "Leveling Up" you get AP not EXP.
AP raises S.LVL (Sphere Level) you use them to go across a grid to increase stats and learn abbilities. You probably haven't played it since you said that though.
