What Are Some Good Anime/mangas?

Okay, most of this stuff has already been mentioned but here y'go:

Normal action but with a few superpowers: Getbackers <-- I highly reccomend it!!

Ninja action: Naruto

Supernatural action: YuYu Hakusho; Shaman King (manga); Bleach; Hellsing; Yami no Matsue (aka "Descendants of Darkness")

"Historical" action: Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X; Samurai Deeper Kyo (MANGA ONLY! The anime sucks)

Giant robot action: (these are all anime) Mobile Suit Gundam; 8th MS team; Gundam Wing; Escaflowne; Neon Genesis Evangelion

Sci-fi action w/o robots: Trigun; Cowboy Bebop; Wolf's Rain

Fantasy action: Wolf's Rain; Escaflowne

okay, now to the (mostly) non-violent stuff....

Sci-fi: Chobits

Shounen-ai: Gravitation; FAKE

Cross-dressing and gender-bending: Kill me, Kiss me

Pure weirdness: Fooly Cooly; Pet Shop of Horrors

Okay that's all that I can think of right now.

Yami no matsuei's the BEST anime/manga I've ever watched/read...
