I like rap,but most of the songs today are stupid & very catchy. I mostly like the song if it has a nice beat to it. No matter how stupid the song is or sounds its hard to get away from a certain u hate. It haunts u over & over. And u might end up singing it.

Not a fan of rap, hip hop. A few good ones out there like london said but very, very few. Might as well stick with the good genres really and leave it alone in general.

im not going to diss rap or anything, i have my own opinions on it though.im not one of those people that just say they hate something and have no reason to back it up. i dont like rap at all. mainly because i dont see the talent or skill in it. but also because people say stuff like "its about the lyrics" when the lyrics suck horribly. the words of the songs sound like a remedial literature kid had a spontanious urge to put a pen to paper and write rhyming lines. anyway, thats all i have to say about that. i dont think alot of rock out there is that great either. for instance, i love guns n roses until axel starts singing. he cant sing. its sad. he makes all of their songs sound exactly the same.

I used to like rap, but now I have more sence of music. Rap sucks! They use the same music part over and over the whole song+everyone can do that! Rap is easy and has nothig called talent in it. But I must admit, some rappers are good.

True, but most today are just people jumping to the mike. It just sounds like SHIT. It's really a discrace to music. Some of the classical kids are okay. But people like Soulja Boy really arn't that good. But people tend to think just because he tries to rap he's good ( which btw there are a whole lot more!)

Rap sucks.
All music is a form of poetry and rap has just made a disgrace to it.

It has infected minds of most people, to make them think about drugs, sex, and women being hos.

I'll take pull two memories, one happened two years ago a kid said "Rap is a form of poetry all other music sucks" and said I liked "The Old Shit" just cause I had a Megadeth CD with me.

The other yesterday, watching VH1 Classic's Greatest 1 Hit Wonders, Sir-Mix-A-Lot insulted people who wanted 'music that women like'.

the only reason i listen to rap is to see how fast my mouth can run. but all the time i hear, 'h*,' or 'f**k,' or any other curse. and even then it gets boring after you give up on the words because they're stupid.

and for that reason i have recently fallen in luv with linkin park. case closed.
