there, that proves I drew it, I drew the rough copy on ms paint, then softend it on HP photo editer.

I don't think you are allowed to copy the exact same pose and everything. And I think it's lame, but that is more a personal thing I guess.

He probably figured out a way to "trace" with paint or something. Technically it's not "stealing," but instead it's tracing. No way you could reproduce those lines and angles with a mouse, unless he has an art tablet.
