Aw, here's what I said.
Soy el slo que habla espaol?
"Am I the only one who speaks Spanish?"
tengo diez y seis aos
"I am 16 years old." (17 next week)
S, es espaol. A mi no me gusta queso. Soy alrgico. Me gusta pastas con salsa de tomate y carne. Mmmm... muy delicioso.
"Yes, it's Spanish. I don't like cheese. I am allergic to it. I like pasta with tomato and meat sauce. mmm very delicious."
Then that little thing at the bottom was:
"Quiero un hombre con un perro caliente grande!" meaning "I want a man with a big hot dog".
Old fun from the unit where we learned how to say foods last year.

My last post:
Alrgico al queso? Eso es triste.
Alergic to cheese? That is sad.
T tiene gusto de perros calientes, s?
You like hot dogs, yes? _________________ |

ohhhh....I didnt grasp the "perro" part...but I knew it had to be something about hot and a guy...what else.
I know I shouldnt say this but "s" for brains could tell me the dog was sh*tting on the cieling in spanish in bed and it would turn me on. something about romantic language coming out of a woman. out of the guys I know (which are to many) sounds like a pac of english cigarettes (fags).
go ahead start on me about the fag thing I can take it! _________________ 'It has been said that politics is the second oldest profession. I have learned that it bears a striking resemblance to the first.' - Ronald Reagan |

I've never considered the traditional "romantic" languages as sounding all that impressive. Spanish I really don't like but still take because it's the easiest class and the one with the fewest budget cuts of the languages. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. If I'm gonna need to know any forign language, it gonna be Spanish. Never actually hear anyone speaking French regularly, or any other language for that matter. _________________ |

*hugs*
I used to know how to write "Squidman" in Cree syllabics. kind of funny, being that there's no word in Cree for Squid, or equivalent to "qu" and "d" sounds. The closest you can get is "Skwitman"
I suck so bad with languages... at the same time one of my best friends essetially taught himself coherent Russian. While I'm jealouse of this talent he's jealouse of my ability to draw women in swimsuits. Typical guy.

lol
problem with learning Japanese is that from time to time I actually do speak "Engrish" n.n lol
gets a little confusing @.@;;;
Also, immersing yourself in the culture is the best way to learn a language. Problem is, I start thinking in that language a lot and will respond to people in it when they're speaking to me in English lol
But I do like using English best since it's the language I know. I mean...there are just things you can express fully in your own language that is either INCREDIBLY difficult to translate or you can't really find the right words
eh....ramblings. lol not making sense n.n;;
but yeah.....*cough* |
