After you beat Behemoth you go to an illusion of Destiny Islands.
In the Crater you fight yet another [u]Shadow Heartless[/u]. Then the battle after that is Ansem.

Correction : Sin Harvest actually kills you unless you have the ability "second wind" on, or something like that [img]http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h62/TK_421/7b322cf8.gif[/img]

Earth Titan is extremely easy unless he steps on you, there is no way you will even lose Hp

Sephiroth isn't even that hard for a Square Enix "Ultimate Boss", you can stop him everytime from using Sin Harvest

Cloud and Squall are the hardest battle in that Cup

Hades is just a pussy, granted he has some nasty attacks but if you block the fire blast like Craig said, its easy as you can get aloud of free slaps on him
