Both those movies are awesome! I thought I was going to be really frightened when I saw Romero's classic but I just laughed and loved it. Underworld was cool with all the guns-a-blazing kinda Blade style, but it never came across my mind of being scary. I do become scared when I play games like Resident Evil though, probibly because I sort of think of the character as an exstintion of myself. |

The scariest movie ever was Misery-- until the end. Stephen King always ruins the end because he is lame. Still- no ghosts, no curses, mysteries, etc. Crazy lady kidnaps her favorite writer and tortures him. What a great movie |

Red Rose is a pretty fucked up movie. You guys need to watch it.. Oo; Go out and buy it from Wal-mart for 5 Bucks. Best 5 dollars I spent on a movie. xD! Also by Mr. King.
As for Underworld, I like the special effects on the lycons, but everything else pretty much bored me. Though it was cool, when the vampires got pissed off their eyes turned bright blue. xD! You'd think they turn like yellow or red or some freaky color like that. _________________
Evil Dead was good, but what about 28 Days Later?
Don't tell me you actually think 28 Days Later was a scary movie. There were ZERO scenes in that movie to frighten anyone. The scariest part was seeing that guys abnormally small penis.
All of us men across the nation felt sorry for that poor guy.
I always liked "The Shining". I liked the plot more than the action.

the whole movie was dark, dim, and I was alone for godsake! But, yes. I did actually find myself drewling with fascination over the special effects. My favorite scene was the flashback part thingy where they showed that princess vampire chick gettin roasted by the sunlight- and she was helpless and there was nothing they could do about it! Personally I dont find any of those movies really scary especially because some of them are really corny and stupid but I do like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Ghost Ship but they werent scary to me.

That is very true. That movie really lacked any frightfulness. And what I find funny is that my friend thought that guy was soooo hot and she was making a big thing about seeing his penis. Its like whats the big deal. Its smaller than a toothpick. She wasnt happy when I said that. Oh well its true.

I'm not saying it was scary. I just thought it was generally a good film. To be honest, there aren't many genuinely scary films. I suppose it doesn't help when there are remakes and constantly churned out sequels to watch. _________________ "You know what? I disagree. It wasn't a very good plot and the ending was disappointing.
That girl was pretty, though.
But still, the scariest part was that dude's abnormally small cock. Goddamn, if I had known that was coming I would have fast forwarded it.
The ladies screamed with love for it, that's the good thing. That means that if you know you're bigger and they think that's good, you're bound to give some pleasure.
Uh, back on topic....
Not a good film especially. _________________ Not all who wander are lost.

I think I've seen 28 Days Later on HBO in a hotel. Is it the one where he wakes up naked in the beginning? Or is that a different movie I'm thinking of? Either way it sucked.
Then again, most zombie movies suck. Except Shaun of the Dead, which doesn't count as a horror movie. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

I didn't much care for 28 Days Later, I thought it was really over hyped. I had waited a long long time and finally saw it and I felt so jipped! I really liked the original Dawn of the Dead, it was pretty funny and had its exciting points. Haven't seen the remake though. I think it may suck, many zombie flick remakes do, but I may rent it when I have the chance. |

I said Army of Darkness did I not? If I didn't I'm sorry, that movie is freaking cool, not really a horror movie. I know I said Evil Dead though maybe I meant to be taking about the series in general, I don't know. But yeah that movie is so cool I've seen that movie about as many times I have seen the original Star Wars trilogy(above 30 times I think). |
