i thought that too ,i think the mods have just altered it or something .

but the way the public want things doing isnt always the best idea Wink (it may be the logical idea , but not the smartest ) theyve got a new director doing the next film , cant remember his name , lets just hope he dosent mess the next film up too <_<

I gotta say, in the fifth book, my favorite was definately Snape. Finally, he was more than just some greasy-haired git. I started liking him after this book. I like it when we get developed personalities. Very Happy

they already changed the actor for Dumbledor (for a good reason I know) but it would kill me if they changed anymore. cuz I still haven't gotten used to the different Dumbledor. . . . .

The first actor sucked. He made Dumbledore seem like an old fogey when really he was an young spirit. The second one's not very good either, but at least he's an improvement.

Surprised How can you say Richard Harris sucked? He's an insanely good actor. I thought he portrayed Dumbledore perfectly! He was great as Gandalf, too. It's too bad he passed away. The movies will never be the same again Sad

He's a good actor, he just didn't play Dumbledore right. Since he didn't read the books, he didn't really know the character or how to portray him.

it sounds more Irish to me too. but I'm not a very good judge of accents ^_^
once I thought an african guy was australian.
but back on topic...

I liked the first one better cuz in my little insonificant oppinion, he was a better actor who didn't really play the part right. The new one plays the part better, but isn't as good of an actor.
am I making sense?

you are making perfect sense ..but i dissagree . the idea i got from the books was that dumbledore was meant to be a king old man , and richard harris portrated that very well , but i dont think the new one does , i dont know why .he just dosent seem very dubledore-ish .....now THAT diddnt make any sense .
