Uhm, I think this is a bug... I'm not sure if it's temporary or not, but right now, when I go into the favs of my profile, there's no delete option next to any of them.
I tried refreshing but it hasn't changed anything, so I'm guessing it's a glitch...?
I used to have the option, it's just not there right now.

Denis, (you're probably tired of hearing this, but) on the category request form, can you remove the "alias" option entirely? It is causing several problems on the management end of category requests.
When I try to browse the recently submitted pictures with Firefox, usually the thumbnails don't show up at all.

They do show up in other browsers...but it's just kinda inconvenient to have to switch.
I can't see any thumbnails either. Also using Firefox.

Another bug: I have auto-resize enabled (threshold: 600x400), but every time I view a picture, only about half of the resized version (if even that) actually loads properly. This is probably a resize-generating/caching issue, as if I reload the page, the image loads fully, but... it's annoying.

This might have been mentioned before but there is a big problem with favorites. There are quite a few pictures I've seen with -1 favorites, some of the work I know people have favorited has said that, along with the fact that there is work that I have faved, or someone else has that says it has 0 favorites, when this is clearly not the case.

Small bug: on my latest pics and others' pics too, the view count is stuck at zero.

Also I've been having trouble with reuploading a pic. I went into 'Edit' and submitted a different file, but it still shows up as the old one. I refreshed the page, and cleared my browser cache, but nothing happened. It also has an "Error! Cannot create thumb" sign instead of the thumbnail, while all the others in my gallery work fine.

Here's another quick one:
- When brosing categories, page title (<head> section) includes HTML link tags. Remove them please.

Oh, a problem with the fanfics...
the summary pages I think have no limit; I've seen a story by 'Lux' I think, that had a summary that was the first chapter. . . . .; You might want to fix this.

Oh, and also a small suggestion slipped in; you should bring set up some sort of navigation between chapters while actually ON a chapter of a story, that way, you don't have to go back to the chapter menu and select the next chapter...
...unless that's in there somewhere, but I checked around and couldn't find it...

Oh, and another possible change? When stories are posted, and then a new chapter is added within the same day/hour or so, could it be possible to simply push up the update, instead of showing it as a seperate update? You've got people with multiple updates [I'm guessing] on the same story in the quick-view recent fics, and it's kind of becoming something like spamming. There isn't much point to repeating the one story over and over, and only taking up one 'space' or 'slot' on the list would give more stories views.
just suggesting :/

Oh, and this was mentioned before, right? The view counts have died, I believe. :/

Thanks for all the work though, just noting. Smile

Oh, and another thing, denis..
Thanks for bringing back up the search, but I think there are still a few problems with it.
It seems that the first two pictures brought up by the search option are... ...melded together, showing two thumbnails, the title of the earlier pic, and the category of the second, in the first block, and thus leaving a block at the end open though the rest of the blocks are all in 5's.
Also, though I'm not sure how thorough this is, but the pics seem to be broken often in different places, some don't show a thumbnail, but html text instead, and when I tried to scroll over them once, they showed the titles but not who drew the pics, only a - and end of the yellow scroll-over tag.

I tried refreshing, and also typing in different searches, but it still seems to be stuck that way.
Take a check?

Some users are reporting that their featured pics are showing up as nc17 when they aren't rated as such.

I think that, before the featured pics option was fixed up, whatever pic you had showed up as an nc-17 pic, though many were not. If some people haven't changed their featured pics since that bug's been fixed, then the pic might remain as so, but if they try changing it, it might work?
Just a suggestion, it might not be the case. :/

It could have been a caching issue, then.

Minor problem.
Automatically resized pictures on the old system for me are now huge. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or not. I don't want to delete them to lose comments and views etc, to resubmit them and resize them. Will that be cleared up?
Thanks Smile

You can set the resize threashhold in your profile but it doesn't work very well right now. It will be improved in the future.

Yes, and also heylorlass, you can probably go back and resize the pic youself, by saving it to the comp. and then using some program or another to make it smaller, then simply re-upload the picture file in edit. Smile

Denis, thanks for the 'report broken thumbnails' option!!! ^__________^-

Oh, no... about those broken thumbnails, Denis.... it doesn't seem to regenerate one of them...

The thing is, the thumbnail is perfectly fine on my gallery page, but this pic had a broken thumbnail when seen on 'recent pics', and it's now in my top 5 submissions, where the thumbnail is still broken. However, I tried to 'report broken thumbnail' yesterday, along with two other pics. the other two were fixed completely, but this one pic is still broken when seen from my profile.
Any idea how to fix this? :/
