Happy Slapping

A gang of thugs beat a teenage girl unconscious and filmed the attack on thier mobile phones in the latest case of the disturbing craze called "Happy slapping". Becky Smith, 16, was knocked out and suffered temporary paralysis after being set upon bu the teenage mob. While she spent two days in hospital hr shocked mother discovered that pupils at her school were circulating a mobile phone video clip of the attack.

Apparently they're bringing police into schools to settle yobs faster n stuff.. I dunno.. has childish antics grown to such a state where police need to tame these rebellious yobbos? Perhaps the re-introduction of corporal punishment is in order. I wish we had the cane in school Sad

I heard about that. i think iots wrong. especially for our sociaty today and how the people you hang with automaticly half of the school hatre syou. i think is is really stupid about this so called game' when you can kill a person like that.

I haven't heard about until now and I think its really sad that school violence has gotten this far. Sad

I've attended schools where girls were raped outside of locker rooms and becuase of that, all the girls had to go to classes with a teacher to watch them.

I guess after all these school shootings one can't be too careful, eh?

omg this has happened to me many times! not being knocked out.....well...not yet anyway, i got chased all the way around my school on friday by happy slappers, i survived! there are alot of mobile phone clips going round our school of people being happy slapped....thankfully ive been able to avoid it so far....

there isnt that much of it going on at our school....yeah there are alot of video clips going about but i havent seen that many people doing it ...meh...it'll all stop in a few weeks....i hope,..

It's so stupid. I don't see what joy these kids get out of it all. It happened to some kids in my city a couple weeks ago. It was always on the news, and I must say it was rather sickening watching them get beaten up. Thankfully they didn't get beaten up [i] too[/i] bad, but still.

Kids, these days. Grr!
