is "The Boondocks" an American anime?

I've seen a couple of these sorta things like "Teen Titans" & "The Boondocks" which looks suspiciously like an American anime. Is there such things as that? Tell me please.

'Anime', is 'cartoon', by definition in the japanese language. If you are asking if the boondocks is a cartoon, then i suppose the answer is yes.

Umm no. "Anime" means "japanese animation" or "Japanamation". So the definition of just "cartoon" is incorrect.
