Avatar Problem

I'm having problems uploading my avatar and pasting pics into forums, i'm using the file LanTalk.gif, when i press the update avatar button the directory for the file dissapears and does nothing, and if i paste a pic in a forum it does the same and blankes out the post button!

- When updating your avatar, you [i]should[/i] be taken back to the "My Controls" page. If not, hit the Back button, click your username to view your forum profile, and check whether the avatar actually uploaded or not.

- On the New Topic/Reply screen, the "Submit" button ALWAYS grays itself out after you click on it. This is to prevent people from double-posting (in theory, at least) . Sometimes it takes awhile for the information to get sent and processed by the FAC server. If that's the case, reload the topic thread to see if your reply was processed or not.

Yeah, it works now it seems it had a problem processing the data on my msn; so I tried Internet Explorer and it works fine on it. I tried all of that and much more, but at least it works now =D.

Try uploading your avatar image on to photobucket, then paste its url in your control settings. Wink

its always worked for me.

His problem was already solved -- and this is one of the reasons to lock down a Help topic, so that people don't continue trying to answer a question when it's been done so already. Wink
