Alot of programs show the image as a streaming file so it won't show up frame by frame. Check out www.anime-vidcaps.net for info. Check the FAQ

Poor you. Maybe there's a protection on it. There are some people who put's protection so you can't take the pic. Then I dunno what to do.. Sorry.
