When you go to add a picture, either upload it from your computer (the first option) or link it from somewhere else (like http://www.villagephotos.com). If you want to upload from your pc, click on the first option, click "browse" and choose the file. Upload then fill out the form. If you're linking, copy the URL and paste it into the box.
