Transfer it to your PC via the usb cabel & you'll need webspace to upload it to.

Well if you've got a site you should be able to upload the film from file so long as it's not too big for your bandwith allowance.

You typically can't attach videos to forum posts because they're too big and/or not an accepted file format.
