Flogging Molly

I was just curious, anyone here besides me like flogging molly? Or it could just be a marine city thing, I don't know. Nobody ever seems to know who they are besides my friends, so I was just wondering if anyone likes 'em here.

I never heard of this group but it got me to the point to check them out. Their a band with music of traditional irish music and spunky punk rock. Doesn't seem that they would be awsome to my taste, and their bio. is pretty damn short, it took me less than 30 seconds to read. They may not be a big enough band to reconize.

For me, I don't like them. They're not my kind of music.

Yeah they're pretty decent...they're actually pretty widely known thanks to the likes of Hot Topic and various other trendy neverminds. <_< Don't think they're an independent band anymore...I dunno. Hmm. Ah well, you should check out Enter The Haggis Very Happy

Flogging Molly, great band. Been a fan for a while. Didn't really think a lot of people knew about them until I got to college. Then I found that they are quite the popular musical choice to acompany such activites as beer pong, quarters, f**k the dealer, 20 rounds, keg stands, and basically just getting yourself pissed off your ass. Cool

You should check out the Pogues or Dropkick Murphy if you like Flogging Molly. Or for your more traditional stuff, Clancy Brothers or Irish Rovers.

Pogues kick ass. Very Happy

Not a big fan of Dropkick. Also, for more traditional you could check out The Wicked Tinkers (ok so sue me now I'm just trying to push the pipes....but Wicked Tinkers rock)

Brother is good, too for a total non-traditional thing. They've got Didgeridoos and Bagpipes. Very Happy
