Animation Question And Another Question

I stumbled upon an un-named gallery and came across some animations, taken from a show. They put that it is from the show. Is taking animation from a show and putting it on here considered abuse?

And, I also noticed that this person has a lot of art that looks traced. The Vash the Stampede picture is done a day before the other picture.

wow...wat do u mean took animation from the show? like, jes ya know, a short clip of it or somethin? i'd hafta c it could u pm me a link?

No, don't PM him the link. What the heck is he doing here anyway? does he think by catching art thieves, he's becoming less of it?

No, that person actually submitted to FAC, they were inny-bitty tiny and were clearly just ripped from animation and were put into loop, I was about the report them, but the Sympatico died on me.

Gunbunny, the two pictures you linked weren't problems but the animations I suspect I've already seen is.
