I'm doing an oral presentation which counts towards my grade in the course I'm taking.

Its dued in two weeks,and I've chosen to present FAC.

So,give me ideas on what to talk about this site. :mellow:

And serious stuff,please.

Well,all i have to do is talk about it,I'm graded on how I present a presentation.

You could first talk about what fanart central is.

fac is an online art community where anyone is welcome to submit art that they have created.. blah blah. You can go on about what type of art people submit here. Anime/manga, original, fanart, realism etc. Mention that others can comment on your art, and you are free to comment as well. It's a good place for critiques, blah blah.

Maybe mention something about art theft and how there is an approval system to try and rid the site of theives. Also a forum area to report stolen pictures..

You can mention the forums and how it's a good place to show your work as well and get others opinions on what you need to do to improve. ... and also a good place to discuss basically anything with other artists online.

................I've been up since 3:30am so excuse if this post comes across as weak... Smile

If you feel like it, you can use some of my pictures, and you can print out my fanfiction to show! (bear in mind if you are to use any of my pics, try not to use the ones from paint. ^_^

There's a FAC's entire history in the Site discussion thread... the "FAC needs a wikipedia article" thread.

. I never knew this site started as a Southpark fanart site ....

You could give the audience some statistics... and you could show then some example pics I guess.

Whoa! A presentation on FAC, that's really cool! If I were you I would include all the things LazyCarter said and then show some of the work you've submited and show what kinds of comments people left.

Also talk about all the artists you've met and how you can discuss all sorts of art-related topics.
