Are all those pics in ur sig really neccessary? Also your pictures may not be getting approved because they break a rule. Maybe they are too large. No pic should be over 600 pixels wide. Or maybe they are on lined paper...

Stop attatching pics for no reason. Maybe the pics don't meet the quality standards in which case you are just gonna have to try harder on your pictures.
