This sure look alike but the one who made it could also be very good at drawing and simply redone the drawing by only looking at it. We can't really know.. . . . .

The colours are the same, the lines are the same, the expression is the same, everything is the same without flaw.

I dont think any 'talented' artist would put so much effort into making a drawing that is exactly the same as the reference.

Since we're obviously having trouble determining, I put both pics into my Photoshop, when they overlap, everything fits prefectly, EVEN THE PIXELS. Listen, no amount of good work can do that. If it was drawn by hand, the pixels would at least be different.
