Unable To Post In General Or Entertainment

I seem to be unable to post in the general or entertainment sections of the forums. If I hit the "reply" button in any thread, an error message appears informing me "you do not have permission to reply to that topic."

Suffice to say, it is distressing.

I recommend you to read it again, but here's the general low-down.

you have to make 3 posts in places where you can to reach the full-membership.
