You waited two freaking minutes. This forum isn't OMG SUPER ACTIVE. It takes more than two goddamn minutes for a response to get made.

Anyway.

Make sure you're logged in. Afterwards, just go to their picture and, near the bottom of the page (right above the "active users" list) there's an option "add a comment" (or something like that, can't quite remember). Clcik that, and a little popup box should appear that you can leave your comment in.

It's not that hard...

Grievous98, the only thing you need to remember about commenting on pictures is that you [i]must[/i] be logged in. The FAC forums and FAC main site are two different login sessions, so make sure you log in from the FAC main page and not the forums.

Then, when you view a picture, any picture, you'll find the appropriate link near the bottom, just like in the screenshot.
