Fac Picture Server Intermittent Downtime

FAC will experance some periods of downtime of 5 to 15 minutes on November 12th 2005 between 9:00PM-3:00AM PST due to Core router code upgrades and BGP peer maintenance in its hosting facility.

This will only affect the picture server. The site itsself and the thumbnails will continue working becuase they are in another facility.

This upgrade went bad....very very bad.....over 24 hours of intermitant downtime and very slow speeds bad.

They are STILL working on it, but in the mean time pictures will sometimes appear broken.

Oh. That would explain why pictures have been taking so long to load.

Hey look. I'm using a realy old version of Netscape, and the crazy smiley has super sped up animation! Awesome!

All seems to works now. I've done a picture sync so there should be no more broken ones form the last day or so.

I've noticed that a lot of pics are still coming up broken. Is there still work being done?

It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
