well havent been on in a while but my account is still here. when i go to reply to a topic it tells me that im not aloud to reply to this topic. i tryed to reply to a art queshtion and a goverment thing as well. dono if the site is having problems or what. anyone know?

*sigh* Did you even bother to read the rules ? Apparantly not. You have to have 10 posts in the Sandbox before you can post in other areas .

You need to learn to follow the rules aswell.
