This is obviously stolen, infact the users entire gallery is extremely questionable. But at least I can try to get this found out..

By the way, it was uploaded to their gallery twice, so I guess I report both pictures?

If it was uploaded twice, you can report one of them right away as being a "double submission". (I do that myself when I spot double submitted pics -- yup, people do notice)
