I've Been Playing Kameo Recently

It's not what I thought it would be, but still pretty cool. One gripe I have is with the controls. They're not horrid, so don't think that. But it doesn't feel fluid enough to become comfortable.

Especially when turning. And there's no center camera feature!

I guess you could quickly switch to first person mode, then back again. There's some clipping going on here and there, but you really have to be paying attention.

Otherwise, it's fun. Music sets a great atmosphere, and the visuals are typical Rare. Just beefed up. Sound is great. You do get the feeling that you're actually in a fairy tale.

Am I happy to have that 360 in my possession? Was it worth the wait in line? Not just yet. But this surely is not the game to make that judgement yet. I'm going to try out PGR3 and CoD2. Anyhow, off to work!
