The past year I've improved a lot, and in more than one way. I've learned to shade properly (along with the understanding of light sources), I have a better grasp on basic anatomy, I've become more confident with my coloring, and most importantly- I've developed my own style. I still have my influences, but it's mostly mine. :3

In the next year, I hope to get better at backgrounds, sequences, and dynamic poses. Neutral

I have improved, although in the last couple of years I drew a picture almost every week, now I do it every month.
I need to dedicate some more time to the drawing and less time to the guitar playing <_<

I use to draw every single day when I was in high school and nowadays I'm lucky if I get a drawing started once a week. I do feel like I've improved a lot since I started drawing more seriously. I'm almost ashamed of a lot of the things I use to be proud of a few years ago. It'll be the same way in a few more years, I'm sure. Even though I may not draw as much as I use to, I still seem to be progressing at least a little bit.

Hee, I'm ashamed of my old stuff too. There are very few old things I've done that I actually like. Most of them are old Digimon fanarts. :/

But yeah, the really old stuff. As. Bad. As. It. Gets.

Think: Pokemon + No Talent + A Bible-esque Plotline, but with more sappy romance. Recipe for disaster.

I more or less feel the opposite. Sorta. But only because people still prefer a picture I drew when I was fifteen and insist on commenting on that fact. "Nice, but I like Kurt better" or "cool, but not one of your best". Dude, no kidding. Let's focus on one piece on its own merit, hm?

But other than that, I'd never think of submitting the things I did when I first joined. So bad.

May be true (yay, peaking at 15), but I don't see the point in saying that on other pictures. For...almost four years. Sad
