How come ppl reply to comments they get, in their own profile? Shouldnt they actually reply 2 the person in that persons profile?Its no big deal it just makes sense to me!

Anyway, when people comment on my profile, I'll reply in their profiles so they get the message.

Though, I think a system like dA's would be a lot easier for replying. But that's just me~

We agree. I don't like FAC's current system because people might miss the messeage unless they check the page again. :s

To answer the question once and for all:

FAC does not have a built-in "reply" function. Meaning, that if you reply to a person's comment on your picture by dropping a comment on [i]your[/i] picture as well, THEY will not receive ANY notifications about it.

That's why a lot of us drop replies on the person's profile page, so that they'll get an automatic notification about the reply.

True, it makes comments a little hard to follow... so when doing so, try to introduce your comment in a way such as "in response to your comment...", etc.

Final answer. Topics like this could have been posted to Site Discussion -- at least then it wouldn't have gotten SPAMMED.
