Worst Songs Of 2005

Well, as the topic suggests, the worst songs of 2005! So far, I think the worst songs of 2005 are Laffy Taffy by D4HL (or something like that), I'm Sprung by T-Pain, every song Brittany Spears came out with this year (except for Everytime), Hung Up by Madonna (no offense but I like her old songs), Stick With You by The PussyCatDolls, and that's all I can think of right now. So, does anyone else know some of the worst songs of this year?

Every song wrote this year sucked for the most part.

There might have been a good song or two by the Rolling Stones, but other than that, all crap.

Definite on madonna.She ruined DDR. Sad

I think you spelled Doncha right. Anyway, that song wasn't half bad. It was okay after awhile before Hot 104.9 played it too damn much and then it just got old really quick. I thought of another song, Like You by Lil Bow Wow and Ciara. I hate that song! >_<

I agree with Katie. About almost any song sung this year sucked. Especially by the new artist, though I sort of like some of the new songs that came out. Only some though. But yeah, Madonna killed DDR. Damn her. D:<

Don't mention the infamous 'My Humps' by Black Eyed Peas!
The 'mix your milk with my cocoa puff' line disturbed me to no end(it means 'putting it where it don't belong'). Yet, I still think the entire song sucked donkey.

And EVERYTHING THAT THE VERONICAS SANG. I cannot stand them.

Okay, I agree that 2005 shall be classified as 'Year of crap music'.

lmao!!! The CD "Monkey Business" by BEPeas was GREAT, but that song and that line sorta disturbed me... Now I only eat frosted flakes... WTF?

I actually liked what the Pussycat Dolls came out with this year. It mostly brings back good memories of singing it to tease my friends or just be an ass. The lyrics are pretty funny. You can't even take them seriously, they're so ridiculous. Laughing

Which is why I think its one of the better pop songs from 05.

The worst song I reckon would definetly be anything that U2 came out with this year. The reason: Its U2 and they're self rightous "self-meaningful" pricks. :)

My Humps wasn't that great either. The lyrics were really cheesy and I swear Fergie lip syncs or something gets altered in her voice.

Didn't mind Fall Out Boy. They may be talented as s**t but the hits from them are catchy. Thats about it.

Shake it Off by Mariah Carey annoyed me. But it was mostly because of the video. She tries to dance in the end and it ends up looking like she's doing the "Little Dance So She Doesn't Piss Her Pants" kind of dance. It looks retarded. Either learn how to dance like a good little generic pop princess or don't dance at all. Rolling eyes

Her other songs just reminded me of why I hate diva singers so much. Its always about showboating their amazing talent and having them hold like half-minute notes at the end. It got so boring and even obnoxious. Okay. She's a really talented singer. I can see that. Now can we please continue to verse two considering its taking her 4 1/2 minutes to just get through a two line chorus?

Thats why I liked Kelly Clarkson this year. She has talent but she didn't strut her talent in our faces like an egotistical peacock. She sang songs that all sounded different and most of them were very enjoyable to listen to. They were unique, never sounded like the hit before and it showed that she can do more than just a "super talented pop princess" role. Plus her music videos actually didn't suck. She didn't try to dance but she acted in a few of her videos which was really good. It makes her songs more interesting.

But yeah, long story short; Mariah Carey should take some lessons from Kelly Clarkson in terms of how to be a real pop princess.

It's abit half-and-half for me...the tune was catchy,but i do remember hearing it on something quite afew years ago....and she killed DDR.I cannot forgive Madonna for killing DDR.And I didn't need to see her flabby ass in that outfit!! *watched the video out of curiosity*

And I totally agree. My Humps was just l-a-m-e. :rolleyes:

Hung Up brings back good memories for me. My boyfriend taught me how to dance and that was one of the songs that played. It just brings back great memories everytime I hear it so yeah, its a'ight. :)
