Songs And Anime Characters

Has anyone ever listen to a song that makes you think about certain anime characters?

Yesterday I heard Bobby Vee's 1967 "Come back when you grow up" and it got me thinking about Akane and Kagome.

And every time I hear a Linkin' Park song I think about Ranma.

When I read the title of the thread, I thought you were talking about image songs, lol. :mellow:

The first image song I've ever heard was Valgaav's "waru - bad blood" that my friend made me listen to years ago. I think. :|

As for just plain music that isn't image song stuff, it doesn't really happen to me. :/

Mmm, not really. When I hear songs, I think of my characters, not anime characters.

It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
I like to obsess over stuff. Here are all the things I'm obsessing over:

Anime character(s): Kanda
Video Game: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Video Game character: Wolf O-Donnell from Star Fox Assault

That happens to me all the time, as well as my friends, so now we have this little thing where certian songs we refer to as a certain characters theme Laughing

kinda stupid but its fun. My favorite one is how I think the Kai/Tala (beyblade) yaoi pair kinda links to the song "Whisper" by Evanesence soooo sad Sad

Dir en Grey songs remind me of bad hentai.

Whenever I hear chip music, I always think of Ashton Anchors from Star Ocean EX, probably beacause of the pure dorkiness behind it. :]

[i]San Francisco[/i] by Hello Saferide reminds me of a anime that involves alot of traveling and moving on, Like Kino no Tabi. Which was an okay anime, but..ya, okay, people suck, WE GET IT. Neutral

Ashton [i]is[/i] a dork. XD Admit it. He loves [i]barrels[/i], for crying out loud! And his luck stat is like 5% of everyone else's... XD Besides, his theme music is pure ASHTON. XDDDD

Never mind, there is one, but it's a manga, not an anime. When I listen to Dance, Dance by Fall Out Boy (love that song!) I suddenly think of the manga Crescent Moon. I doubt if the song has anything to do with the manga. I also think of my characters dancing when I listen to that song.
