can someone tell me why i can't pm anyone. i'm logged in and everything,but i just get the page saying i'm not allowed to use that message function.

CstDenis, in his utmost glory, might have accidently turned off the original confirmation that when you had 10 or more posts, you automatically turned to a full member.
