, I beat it though 4 times trying to unlock everything :wacko: has anyone played it? Smile

It's actually coming off as a Shadow centered Sonic heroes from the preview I've seen. I'd play it if It had Chao and/or Team Rose.

Well it iz kinda sad there are no Chao's Sad

but I love the grapics and Music, plus shadow iz one of mah 2 fave characterz so itz all good, I lub the game Laughing

I rented it for a day.

But I have to give it an overwhelming three "meh"s out of five.

Not to say I didn't have fun whacking enemies with those alien sabers, or zipping around at high speed, but... the gameplay was a bit of a downer.

I hated it. Pure, CRAP! Well from what my cousins were doing. "STOP THAT YOU DEVIL~!!!!111" God it was so ANNOYING! x_X May christ burn the men who got high off of cocaine or MJ be burned in hell while they're wives get done by Will and Gray. That, or have them whacked over the head with a light saber...A REAL ONE...I'm not joking by the way.

I have the game, and I love every bit of it. Shadow is my fav Character and it truly gives you the power over which path he takes. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't use CG in every cutscene.

I got a a few days back, and its not anywhere near as good as I thought it was going to be.
They've basically taken style and gameplay from sonic heroes. Then they've limited it so that you can only play as one character.
objectives are specific and often annoying.
I agree with strata-3/5 becasue of it so samey.

A lot of people I know hate it, but shadow is also my very favorite character, so I'm probably going to buy it anyway...

I think people should made a game about God and his RATH for no reasong(I was board) O, and Ive never played this game, but i want it. i guess it just depends if your are a Shadow fan...

There's your proof that the intelligence of today's youth is rapidly declining.

Shadow the Hedgehog is proof that Sonic Team needs to get with the program if it plans to compete with legitimate current and next- generation software. This is Sonic Adventure with guns and less polish, and players today are far more discerning than they were six years ago. Diehard Sonic fans will cling to the fact that the title still conjures up corkscrews and loop-de-loops, as well as an impressive sense of speed when Shadow really gets moving, and this is all true. But this doesn't make up for the game's long list of shortcomings, from stupid level design, unrefined controls and useless gunplay to disappointingly outdated graphics. ~mc

Im just going to say afew things, If you dont like the game, then dont post. Becase its rude to complain about games someone else likes from a totaly negative point of view, you could just say "I didnt realy enjoy it" If you cant say somthing nice, dont say anything at all <_<

I heard someone talking about it at Fred Meyer the other day... his explanation? Shadow the Hedgehog wasn't made by the same set of staff members as the rest of Sonic Team, overworked, underpaid, etc....

Well, I can't say whether his story is believable or not, but he knew what he was talking about.

Yes, I was overall pleased with the new Shadow game. I loved the CG movies, but what I didn't like is that they didn't bother to change the way you play ('cept for the guns) it moved all to similarly to Sonic Heroes. I liked the plot and just about everything else. -especially the guns and the increased obscenities> Smile

. Though I have to admit, it was a bit cheesier than the previous Sonics. I give it an 8 out of 10, which is high for my standards. Smile
