It means that you pic that you're trying to upload, can't be any bigger than 5MB in size.
If it's too big, then you'll have to make it smaller. I hope that's what you're asking about and if it is, I hope it helps ^_^

if you check the properties of the picture you are going to upload, you can see the size of the file, it should be less than 4, 99 MB otherwise you can't upload it.

I got some software on the internet for free its pretty good for resizing [its called "PIXresizer"] . . . . u should be able to find it in google's search engine Very Happy

I use Paintshop Pro resize my pictures. There's plenty of ways to do it.
