What's This Warning Thing?

I don't know if anyone else has it or notices but for some reason I have this warning thing under my avatar. Does anyone else see it, or know what it is? WTF?

I noticed it this morning as well. I think it's just so that any user and the mods can track warnings that have been issued to that user.

I just thought it's odd though because I haven't seen anyone else with it yet. Have you seen anyone else with the same thing?
