First off, bro, you need yourself an avatar. Spruce yo'self up a bit, yeah? But at any rate, welcome to FAC. People around here can be mean, introverted little trolls who abhor the idea of anyone new coming along. That's why they recruit people like me to be greeters, thus assuring that they will never have to come into contact with anyone below 500 post counts. But it's the few who slip through our nets and into the main site (like, lately, you and EM) that really get them on edge, and they do all they can to flush you from the forums as quickly and violently as possible.

If you withstand their torrent, you will fall into one of three categories. You have your people like Logan, whom no one really likes but they refuse to leave and occasionally provide readers with tid bits of amusement, so their presence is tolerated. Then you have the middle ground where a good number of our members fall. They are generally liked but would not really be missed should they leave. Then you have the elites, like Gray or (tentatively) myself. Mostly older members, the elites have been around for a good while. The only reason elites are not middle ground members is because they have caused enough s**t to deserve a banning but have somehow dodged the bullet and settled themselves down into a comfortable niche.

There is also two other groups that you really shouldn't concern yourselves with, namely the rp group, whom no one has ever seen, as an rper will enter the forums and go directly to the rp section, never to return to daylight again. This is because rpers, much like positive and negative atoms, are drawn to each other. Even in perfect dark, they can seek each other out and begin a badly conceived story through a sixth sense normal humans are not capable of. This is why it is very dangerous to enter the rp section uninvited, as they will smell you before they see you. The other group is the moderator group, or as I like to call it, the land of digital PMS. And that's because Fallen is there.

You also have the group of members, such as Brad and Brian, known simply as "People who should die in a fire." These members dont understand the concept of subtle humor or sarcasm and jump to conclusions far before they have or even care to know all the facts. They think they are clever and witty because they either point out blaringly obvious things to other members in a derogatory manner or spout out tired and overused catch phrases and then look around expectantly for people to laugh. Unfortunately, there are always a few who do, thus spurring them onward and upward.
