Most likely you typed your email wrong, you should got to Edit Profile and type it again correctly.

Review your email's anti-spam settings, the FAC validation message tends to get sorted with all the junk mail.

It could be your computer.
That's what happened to me. I clicked on HERE about 20 times and waited a few minutes for each. Then around to 30th time I clicked here I got it. That could be your problem.
