About The Wall Of Shame...

I was wondering at the wall of shame, some users were put on the wall of shame because of "Several Flames", what does that mean? I really didn't get it... Uneasy

And another question I have about it, is if it is still being used, cause this whole year I have been here, I didn't notice differences on it... Uneasy

Flaming= vicious insulting and verbal abuse. Example: "You and your art suck! Go to hell you stupid asshole!"

And yeah, I haven't noticed an update on it either. :/
