How I Do For Reply Reviews?

You can't

FAC does not come with a DA or SA style replying, if you want to reply, the best place to do it is that person's profile, starting with "hey, you commented on my picture _____ and I think _____" if you reply on the picture, the chances are he/she is never gonna see it.

If you want other people to see the reply as well, posting it as a comment on the picture in question can do that. However, as brianhjh said, the person you're replying to WON'T be informed of the new comment, as we do not have that feature set up.

Therefore, to alert the person to a reply, simply drop your reply as a comment on that person's profile page.
