You know... I don't like either one above the other. Probably because I haven't been to either of them in, hmm... about four years. _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

Burger King all the way. I'll probably be going there in an hour or so after picking up Velvet Revolver's debut album. Duff McKagan and a Whopper, don't get no better than that. Mmmm Duff...I mean Burger King. *cough*
But I like Wendy's over BK, too, and Burgerville even better. They have the best bacon burgers ever. Real bacon, none of that paper thin microwave crap. Carl's Jr. is good, too. Not much for Dairy Queen's food, and I can't stand Arby's or Jack in the Box or any mexican fast food place. Oh oh! A&W wins! Almost forgot about them. And now that they're combined with KFC in a lot of places....oh god help me. I'm such an American. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Fastfood is awesome! And I don't gain weight from it either. In holland the burger king is more expensive so I'd say macdonalds, but the food is about the same quality. |

You must either have an awesomely above average Micky D's or an absolute crap BK...'cause in America McDonald's is the lowest of the low. It's barely real meat. And all their ingredients look like they're leftovers from the first year they opened. But BK has really good meat and stuff that doesn't look like it should have been thrown out weeks ago. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. When the resturant gave out drinks in there frosty cold mugs people would drink them and instead of returning the mugs like a good person should they would keep them...Not good for business..that and they kept on breaking.....But they have awsome root bear floats there....*goes and makes root beer float so her widdle burnt hands feel better* |

Yeah. Back in H.S. we'd never hear the end of it from people who used to work there.
I was riding by McDonald's the other week when on the readerboard I saw it advertising "Adult Happy Meal", and Im' like  ummm.... what the frell? _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

Burger King.
Because McDonald's fries have the texture of spegetti. And their pickles taste nasty. Nasty pickles suck. Uh...yeah. _________________ a jelly calypso castle in the sky |

I was wondering what kind of toy they would throw in.
Anyway. The last two times I got food from McDonalds, I got sick from the fries. Ordering late in the evening probably didn't help any....
And the last time I ate at a Burger King... ack, I can't even remember the last time.
Out in a city like Tillamook there aren't many choices around town for fast food; my list of favorites is:
- Swiss Chalet (a local place). Great burgers and amtosphere. They were shut down last month for remodeling and new owners/crew. They're open again and the burgers are still good, but they raised virtually all the items by $1.00, so I'm not eating there anymore. Not only that, they replaced hard ice cream with a salad bar, and they took out the water fountainthe old place to have! Man, the ice cream & free water accounted for like 75% of the times I stopped there....
- Taco Time. I like to go in and order a bean burrito, been there enough in recent months I can almost get away with saying "I'll have my usual".
- Dairy Queen. The typical burger may be smaller than those of the Swiss, but I gotta love the blizzards. But I don't stop there much.
- Subway. Nice cold food, me I usually go for ham, turkey, or tuna.
I'll also note that out of all the fast-food places in Tillamook, Taco Time and McDonalds are the only two that serve Coke, everyone else serves Pepsi. Not like I miss Coke any, half the time I don't even get a drink, and the times I do, I prefer Pepsi drinks anyway. Mostly 7-Up or Sierra Mist though. Burger King is the best! ^^ Maybe I'm just biased because I work there.. but the new Chicken sandwich they have there is sooooo good. Plus they sell cheesecake in the summer. And cheescake is a very good thing. _________________

Not at my BK! ^^ If I catch the kitchen staff making sandwhiches with burned stuff... heads roll... well not really but it does make me mad 'cause I keep telling them if the burgers burn to throw 'em away... but they never listen. _________________

To me, BK doesn't taste like it's burnt, it tastes like it it was on a grill... unlike McDonalds, where it tastes like it was fried in a pan in its own fat... and more added... and left to sit in that mixture of fats for an hour... eww |

and yea mcdonald's really is low. right down there with white castle
and stratadrake, i need caffeine. i really do. meh i usually drink dr pepper tho which is hard to find. but of course, wendy's has it! ha! _________________ i fought the war, but the war won |
