So what did y'all think of this game ???

I thought it was great Smile, although it was a lot shorter than the other one on GBA [With Hector, Lyn and Eliwood] and easier, it still retained the great game play the last one did. The storyline was ok, i suppose, didn't really buy it for the storyline though.

The training ground places were one of the best new features, IMO. I spent ages in there lvling up and promoting Units to higher classes. I liked how you got a wider selection of what you got to turn the unit into and then you could perfect your team with a certain amount of Sword, lances, Anima magic etc.

The Arenas in the old one were also annoying too cause if your character fell while you were trying to earn some money they were gone forever ;_;, but in Sacred Stones they still remain alive even if they were beat in the arena. I restarted chapters so often because of the arena in the old one

All in all, i thought it was good, the Lords in the first one were way better though, well not Eliwood he was s**t . . . .

Don't really know i don't have a GC. But there are other FE games out on the GC, i think they are more RPG skill though, not really sure.

They are well worth it though, i played the first one for i don't know how many hours  and the second one for like 20 hours Smile

So i don't give a f**k, stop spamming this thread >: (

There is a FE coming out or already out, not sure if its out in Europe yet, on the GC. Its called Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, from the screen shots it looks like a mixture between the original Strategy style on the GBA and a Final Fantasy RPG.

I thought the game was okay. I mean, the storyline wasn't as complex, I think...I prefer long plots with lotsa twists. But the training grounds made me very, VERY happy. Character design? Nuh uh. For some odd reason, it didn't appeal to me as much.

You could move back and forth, but I didn't really see the point in that. After I beat the game, I was too lazy to unlock the other characters, and/or train. No point in that at all. Overall, I liked it, I guess...(not so sure)

I liked the character design Uneasy, i thought the new Classes of Units was also good, like the Pupil and the Journeyman. The special moves some Units had were pretty cool, like the Pierce Technique the Wyvern Knight had, that rocked :)

I loved the training ground too, cause i like lvling up Units high, and i always get them to lvl 20 before promoting them.Going back and forth helped with buying weapons cause that that Shop in the Preparation Menu robbed you.

I didn't like the two Lords in the game though, they sucked, give me Lyn and Hector anyday.
