Whenever i try to get my pictures under 300kb they are really small, i cant find another way to get them under that size and get them larger and whenever i look at other peoples art, theirs always seems really big. I use Ms paint, thats all i have, i have tried to read the Faq's and stuff but i dont understand it. so could you please explain how to resize my pictures to someone whos not really very smart? and could you please explain about the 800x600? sorry if this isnt too clear, i'm not good at explaining either.
