Help!

Okay, I don't know why but, after this afternoon when I signed out of fac, I couldn't sign back in. I clicked that forgot my password button and used the password from the email but it still says that the password is incorrect! Can someone help?

Well, the passwords on FAC are case sensitive, so if you've got capital letters anywhere in your password, you'll need to type them that way for it to work.

Or you could just try copy/pasting the password from your email. =/

I did type the capitals the way they should be but it still wont work. And I also copied and pasted the password the email gave me, twice! It just won't work. Sad

i'm not totally sure, but i think the same thing happened to me, just leaving it a while it worked for me. Give it a while and it should happen- hang on i'm sure i saw a thing about this on the Faq thingie look there.
