What web host are you using? If there is a button that says "browse" click that and find the file you are looking for. Then just tell it to upload. If it's a personal site you will have to use html to insert the picture.

There are enough crappy sites on the net made by people who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Learn HTML and basic design first.

Well you cant change it. Only the mods do that and you have to wait untill you have at least 500 posts before you get one.

if you mean the thing unde your avatar that says "Newbie" You simply have it automatically changed as you accumulate posts. So keep posting, and overtime, it will change once you get to a certain level of post for each title. I think it's been told on here somewhere in the site discussion on what they are, and how many are needed (By me) to another member when we weretalking about it.
