Not letting me log in

The forums aren't letting me log in.

It says:

You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

I swear i typed the right password and username.

The main site lets me log in but not the forums

I had a similar problem once. I kept getting a message saying that I had typed in the wrong password, but I could still log in to the main site. Everything went back to normal when I changed my password, but I think you should hear what someone who actually knows how these things work has to say before you do anything since things could be different in your case.
