i'm planning on getting photoshop, and i'm kinda stuck. theres clearly a huge price differenct between photoshop and photoshop elements, and i know people say how elements has everything you could possibly actually need etc.
so does it have all of the basic painting tools like in photoshop? or is it a bit more limited even with them?thats basically all i would want it for, plus the extra occasional image editing stuff and moving things about! it would be helpful if anyone had any links and info about it, thanks |

Yes, Elements II has everything you'll need for digital painting. The only thing it's lacking is some filters (which you should never use anyway) and settings for large scale commercial printing. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C.
