Pets named after Anime characters..

I was just really curious to see if anyone else has named their pet/s after random anime characters...like I called my cat Kirara from Inuyasha..
So, yer. I was wondering who else named their pets anime ppl!

my bunny i re-named Momiji ( fruits basket ), by "pet" chipmunk Yuki ( fruits Basket ) and my fish Sesshoumaru ( inuyasha )

I haven't named any pets off of anime, but my friend used to have some fish that were named Ray and Kai from Beyblade. But, they kinda died. Shocked

It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
I like to obsess over stuff. Here are all the things I'm obsessing over:

I'd never, ever name my pet after an anime character. I just know I'd regret it a few years later. :/ My friend has a black cat named Luna, though.

my first hamster was named pikachu, my second one was ichigo (and it was a guy!), my third was fluffy sesshy, fourth was ash, fith was ed from cowboy bebop, sixth was miroku, and my current one's name is russell tringham, i call my dog black hayate or den. my little brothers fish is roy mustang before he died. i actually put a bit of lack dog fur on the fish's head. (i had all six hamsters over a period of five years. pikachu lived 4 out of 5 of those years)

i've never named one after an anime character, but i named my bearded dragon after the drummer of Dir en Grey(JRock). I named her Shinya. And a friend of mine named her cat after Sephiroth. ^_^ But she calls him Seraph, for short.

I had a pet rat named Blackjack, but he was named after the card game, not the anime character. I'm with Joou on this one, don't name an animal after something as fleeting as a fandom.

That said, my pet bird that I've had for eight years is named after Aximilli from Animorphs, but we just call him "Axi-bird."

I let my sister help me choose a name for my former albino rat. I was going to name him James or Alex (because I love those names), but my sister decided to call him Dilandau (Escaflowne). I just called him Dilly Smile

I might name my black kitten Rei, and my grey-ish kitten Kai X3 so dern perfect. Maybe just Rei, but I'm not sure D:

My gerbils were named Sephiroth, Lucrecia, and Reo-ohki.

Reo-ohki lived the longest.

(they did make the game into a manga so this does count so nah nah Razz
