Maybe season 5 is the finishing season.

true same here but we and can at least try to get them to make at least give us two more seasons

Two seasons costs a lot of money. One of my favorite shows was only 13 episodes, and cost 10 million to make.
They couldn't make a new season due to the funding problem, so they stopped.

Another of my favorite shows was going to go to season 2, but now they found out they can't due to funding. It cost them about 11 million to make, and they haven't been doing well in DVD sales in France.
They've cancelled production of the second season.

Maybe Teen Titans is lacking funding. Pleading networks to make another season won't do anything. The only thing you can really do is buy DVDs and merchandise to support them.

I'd actually heard rumours that WB was doing this as an Attention!get sort of move, to make people do just this. Write in and talk about how much they love the show and petition it to stay on. Free advertising and all.

But hey, that's just internet talk.

I doubt it would be budget issues if they're really stopping... Cyber Six was always kind of a fringe show, but Teen Titans is madly popular with all the fankiddies. Plus WB is a bigwig in the entertainment industry. Either they figure it's getting stale and it's time to find a new American concept to rape with fake anime or the internet talk has some merit to it.

I personally don't want it to end. I did go to the Website when this ordeal first reared its ugly head. I wrote to Cartoon Network and posted a Complaint on the Website. If there any other shred of hope of Saving it. Then count me in.

As soon as I saw "Some of my favorite TV shows only ever saw 1 season," I knew you were thinking about Cybersix. Yeah, some shows -really- deserved a second season and didn't have a chance. I wish more of the larger cartoon producers would fund these shows...they're classics.
I think they should make a comeback with it =/

And as for Teen Titans, they had their run. If the show never ended, it would start getting stale =(

Think of how long The Simpsons were running for. They're certainly losing a lot of viewers.
