Please tell me that one of you FACers has seen this movie. If you haven't, you need to stop reading this thread and go out to the nearest Wal Mart, Target or any place that sells videos and buy it. Its just that good.

Granted, its about the Holocaust and its emotionally brutal. I'm going to assume a lot of you already know what the Holocaust was so I won't go into details about that. The movie is probably the best portrayal of the inhumanity and abosolute Hell on earth that it was. I'm usually a baby when it comes to some movies but lemme just say that I've never sobbed watching a movie. But there are moments in this movie (I won't spoil it for you, plus it should be self-explanitory) that got me to sob for like five minutes non-stop.

Its very hard to watch. I can't lie about that. Your stomach will drop, your eyes will tear up and some of you may even sob your heart out for the lives lost in this dreadful moment in history.

But its still very good. The movie does have a bittersweet ending that doesn't leave you entirely depressed.

All in all, its probably the best movie I've ever seen. Have any of you seen this movie too? If so, what did you think of it? I'd love to know. Smile

We actually watched it in social studies class, and half the class was crying/tearing.
It really is a great movie, but really intense. I'm not jewish, but some of my friends were...and one of my friends couldnt handle it, she had to leave.
eh. Crying or Very sad

I reccomend it too.

That movie is amazing in every way. Liem neeson does an excellent job in portraying the chivalry that schindler does. By far, probably one of the best movies ever. speilburg is a genious. As everyone else, i highly recommend this movie to anyone and everyone if your looking for a goodmovie, or even to learn more about the past....puts things into perspective.

Actually, this and Hotel Rwanda are my favorite movies to watch with my boyfriend. But we get into like in-depth debates afterwards so we're just unusual like that.

James, you and Phil have the same exact taste in movies. I'm not even joking, Its like uncanny.
