I've been to these places: Software Etc., EBX, and Electronics Boutique. In those stores, TVs are displayed with commercials concerning a video game, upcoming game releases, and video game trivia. What bothers me most is video game trivia games where you're asked questions about certain video games. For example:
In the Playstation2 video game, [i]Mega Man X8[/i], which of X's special weapons is the Maverick Earthrock Trilobyte weak to?
A.Shadow Runner
B.Squeeze Bomb
C.Drift Diamond
D.Green Spinner
After 3-6 seconds, the announcer treats us as if we answered incorrectly. Like this:
No, not "D", the answer is "B", Squeeze Bomb. When you use the Squeeze Bomb on Earthrock Trilobyte, it does 2 things: It manipulates his bullet direction's gravity, and it knocks off its armor and destroys it. Stay tuned for another trivia game soon.
Don't you find it annoying? It doesn't give us enough time to guess.
